K.O Says He Took An ‘L’ In Response To A Fan Who Accused Him Of Playing The Victim.

K.O Says He Took An ‘L’ In Response To A Fan Who Accused Him Of Playing The Victim.

SA Hip Hop titan, K.O has revealed his learning curve in response to a fan who accused him of playing the victim; especially as it relates to his 2016 campaign and now.

A Twitter user, Sizwe Ndu Madlopha with the username @Seezwe_Madlopha had taken to the platform to highlight what he feels the problem with Mr Cashtime’s strategy on the circuit is.

“You see! Again you playing victim here. You released both those singles nicely and had to release an album thereafter, remember? And than you wrote a long paragraph trying to explain why you won’t release the album anymore and you started all over. You slept em,not us.” he Tweeted in reference to K.O’s recently released “Two Piece EP.”

The serial hitmaker had unveiled the 2-track project of “Fire Emoji,” which featured AKA as well as “Waya Waya,” alongside Cassper Nyovest to massive acclaim in June.

In fact, he recently unveiled the music videos for those records to further expand their lifespan as well as dominance on the trends and charts.

With the insatiable appetite of many of K.O’s fans, some had called on him to release an album immediately; a venture he has announced he’ll be putting off for now.

In his own defense however, K.O revealed 2016 was indeed a trying time for him and his resurgence which started in 2017 is still on course having learned his lesson from the process.

“Lol playing victim? Relax fam… 2016 was a turbulent time, I took an L (not dwelling on that either), had to retreat & gather myself first = LESSONS. Rebuilding resumed in 2017 and we are still here pressing forward. This is my path I just gotta #TrustTheProcess” he responded.
